Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Budget Bliss (“the Service”), a paycheck-to-paycheck budgeting application operated by UNLTD By Design(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Budget Bliss is provided by UNLTD By Design. You are entering into an agreement with UNLTD By Design when you use the Service.

2. Acceptance of terms

By registering for an account, checking the acceptance box during sign-up, or continuing to access the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. What we provide

Budget Bliss helps you plan income, fund bills, manage spending, build savings, and pay down debt. Features include multiple income sources, paycheck planning, bill funding, debt payoff tools, savings jars, and optional AI-assisted rescue plans. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

4. Your account and responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Do not share your account or use another person’s account without permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Scraping, probing, or reverse engineering the Service.
• Infringing intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
• Using the Service to send spam or commit fraud.

6. Intellectual property

UNLTD By Design owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal budgeting purposes during the term of your access.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and billing

Budget Bliss offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you may choose a paid subscription plan. Payments are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through the Service.

• Monthly plans automatically renew each month unless canceled.
• Yearly plans automatically renew each year unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

8. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@unltddesign.com.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay when due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but your data remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Service level

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, updates, and factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNLTD By Design disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Budget Bliss is not financial, legal, or investment advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UNLTD By Design’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud, death, or personal injury).

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNLTD By Design from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
