We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund by visiting paddle.net or by contacting our support team at support@unltddesign.com with your order details.

Refund eligibility

• Refunds apply to paid subscriptions started within the last 30 days.
• After 30 days, charges are generally non-refundable, but we review requests on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that date. Canceling does not automatically generate a refund for the current period unless the refund is requested within the 30-day window above.
